Welcome to the FPU Registration System page!

The FPU Registration System app provides:

• new applicant registration for FPU’s financial assistance
• creation, registration and management of applications for FPU’s financial assistance
• creation, registration and management of applications for FPU’s financial assistance
• public information about the supported and rejected projects in the section List of projects
• [NEW] a registry of professional artists and other professionals in culture

Users’ instructions:

• review the essential documents, rules related to the FPU support activities, about submitting your application and about supported projects
• if you are not registered, register as an applicant
• if you are registered, sign in to the app
• create and register your application form(s) for FPU’s financial assistance
• upon project completion, create and submit the output evaluation and financial statement; both can be created after you have signed in to the app in the section List of Applications, click the blue button Options next to the entry of the respective agreement and select Financial statement.

Document printing request:If it is possible, please print all documents for FPU on both sides.

Warning:

1. When using this app, please make sure that you:

• register all your applications under one account; do not create multiple accounts for one applicant
• navigate through the app screens using buttons and links in the app; do not use the browser’s Back and Next buttons
• do not open the app in multiple browser tabs at the same time

2. Applicants will submit documents from the Tax Office, Social Security Office, Bankruptcy Court and Labor Inspectorate only if they are approved for financial assistance and upon request from FPU.

3. Documents required with the application need to be submitted only by applicants who have not provided them in this calendar year.

Note: The words system and app are synonymous in this instructions manual.
